FEP insulation resilient heat shrink tube

Product Description

FEP heat shrink tubing 

 

FEP heat shrink tubing has similar dielectric and frictional properties to PTFE heat shrink tubing. Except the Continuous operating temperature, FEP heat shrinkable tubing is suitable for continuous use at temperatures up to 200°C. But the begin shrink temperature of FEP tubing is just 130 °C, much lower than PTFE’s. This can be a significant advantage when used in conjunction with temperature sensitive components. The other advantage of FEP heat shrink tubing is that the max diameter of FEP heat shrink tubing we can produce is 215mm ID, much larger than PTFE’s.

Production process

 

We use new and pure raw material to produce our FEP heat shrink tubing, our raw material from Dakai, Dupond, Dongyue and Juhua. We donn;t use recycle material. So we just make high quality product.

We have infra-ray diameter gauge to measure the diameter to confirm the diameter suit the tolerance.

Bakai has our own clean room, we can producing product in the clean room for medical use.
